A 10 minute Strength and Conditioning Set looks like this:

  • Lunges x 10
  • Press-ups x 5
  • Skips x 20
  • Planks – Front, Left Side, Right Side, each for 20 seconds
  • Squats x 10
  • Superman x 10 seconds each side
