Newcastle Athletic Club’s Hill and Dale Series is a perfect way to start your mountain running journey. Taking place most Thursday evenings throughout April, May and June, it is a fantastic series of summer races throughout the Mourne Mountain area.
Happy Out Adventures puts on gentle runs along some of the Series’ routes before it kicks off. You can use these outings just to get to know the route or bring along your map and compass to practice your navigation skills!
